After being admitted to the NSW Supreme Court in 1970, Paul continued his career in a small law firm in Sydney. He was the General Manager of the NSW Northern Rivers Legal Aid Office for 20 years. He established his own firm in Lismore in 2012 and continues to provide legal advice from many years experience in the law.
